Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in the creation of visual guidelines and style guides.
- Prepare files for print production and digital distribution.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate innovative design ideas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and implement feedback.
- A positive attitude and a passion for design.
