About the job

Join KB&IT as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain our multi-cloud infrastructure. You’ll automate deployments, optimize performance, and ensure reliability across Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, driving our technology forward.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Jelastic Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement and maintain robust security practices across all cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes across different cloud environments.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems for proactive issue detection.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of networking principles and cloud security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
  • Certification in one or more of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
