Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and website optimization
- Create and execute a content marketing strategy that positions the company as a thought leader in the industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
